Right under my nose

I finally got a little time to search for some new tunes the other day. while trying to find something totally new to me (like a new artist) i remembered the one good thing the past three seasons of Madden has given us.. (or just me)
and that's good new fresh music. Most of which is from up and coming artist.
Now what i found was indeed new to me but they've been around for a second now.
The band Sparta had a track on Madden 06 or 07 (one of the two) that i played over and over again in the main menu. So i looked them up and downloaded three of their albums.

Now the first one was "Wiretap Scars"...
This one i just kinda skipped thru a bit. it was on the hard rock side a little.. not bad but not what i'm looking for right now. Now the next one i listened to was "Threes"..
Now this one featured the song from Madden i was talking about.. "Taking back control". listening to this one gave me a little Radiohead vibe. That's not a bad thing at all. i just wasn't looking for that. But i do think over time these two albums will grow on me. Mainly "Threes"
Now the last album i listened to was "Porcelain"..
This one was my favorite. it was released before "Threes" in 2004 but it bleeds growth. From my fav track.. "While Oceana Sleeps" all the way to the end, its one great album!
